Monday, 1 May AZ to CA and back

So,  We flew to LAX very early on Thursday morning.  So early in fact that the three of us slept the entire flight from Phoenix to LA.  Rob had some errands that he needed to take care of and he showed me how to get to the beach and to the LA Air Force Base. I am so out of it that I feel like I need the gym to help me get connected to something solid again.
We spent the night in the Teton in the LAX parking lot.  I sure miss the Teton.  It is so much nicer than the Seville.  It is amazing what a difference 10 feet makes in an RV.  Plus, the Teton was manufactured so much better than the Seville.  Anyway, it was nice being in it. Oh, the bed is way nicer in the Teton as well.
Friday we went off to our dentist appointments.  Mine was really quick.  It was just to get the plates for the two upper rear teeth I'm missing and the two bottom rear teeth.  They did some adjusting to the fit and sent me on my way.  Rob, on the other hand, was scheduled for two crowns and possibly an extraction.
I went off and looked at an RV park in Long Beach and then had lunch at my favorite Sushi Restaurant.  Rob came and joined me at the restaurant, but he was still a bit numb so he didn't eat.
We went back to LA went to the gym at the Air Force Base.  It was good to get a work out in.
We went back to the Teton and Rob went off to work.  I stayed there and worked on my Kleenex box.
Saturday I went to a 9:30 stretch and wts. class at the gym then came back and showered at the Teton.  Then I went off to look at some Mobile home parks in the area.  We are wanting to live in the Teton when we come back from Traveling in 2018 and would like to settle in the LA beaches area.  So, I had called a couple of Mobile home parks that accept RVs and wanted to go check them out.
They were awful.  No way.  I would rather live in the LAX parking lot.
Bella and I did go for a nice walk on the Veteran's Trail in Manhattan beach.  I was looking for a place to go at the beach, but it was so darn crowded and then we saw this nice trail. She liked it a lot.
I went back and worked on a baby bonnet.
Sunday I was working on the baby stuff when South Temecula Vet Hospital called to remind me of Bella's appointment on Mon morning.  I thought hmm.  So I called them back and said hey, are you open today and is the Doc in?  she said yes, so we changed Bella's appoint to this afternoon instead of tomorrow morning.  Much better.
So, we went for a nice long walk and then drove to Temecula. We got there a little bit early so we walked around old town for a few minutes.  We saw Tonylyn who was our neighbor at the Ranch, so we went to say hi. Bella totally remembered her and got very excited.
We went to the vet, got checked out, shots updated, health certificate updated and toenails cut.  Then we went back to old town and had some bar b q rib-lets and then drove back to LA.
Monday we went for a nice long walk at the beach and then went to Seal Beach to the dentist.  I had my teeth cleaned and the plates adjusted.
Then, we found a laundry mat and did the laundry.  We had a late lunch and then drove back to LA to the Teton.  I packed, put the laundry away, cleaned the place and then called Uber and went to the airport.
Rob was due back into LAX at 8 pm and we were scheduled to fly out at 9:55.
I went to the Rock and Brew in the Airport and had a Margarita while I waited for Rob.
The flight back to Phoenix was fine.  I felt bad for Rob having to drive another 45 minutes back to our rig after flying all day.  We finally got home and settled into bed at about 1:30 AM.
