March; 16-19 2021
Front Sight; Rob, Marc and I decided to take a Pistol course at Front Sight The outcome of the course was to be able to get your Concealed weapon permit. After the first day I decided I wasn't having fun. The pistol was too big for my grip so I had to use two hands to take the safety on and off, or to drop the magazine, etc. Also; I didn't want a concealed permit anyway, so I quit. Rob and Marc went on to complete the cours
MARCH 26, - APRIL 5 MOAB
Rob towed the RV and I drove the jeep. We spent the first night in Beaver and it snowed on us during the night. It continued to snow for a bit as we continued on our journey.
We arrived in Moab and were joined by Tony and Joey. We spent the next several day challenging ourselves on the various trails
APRIL 15 - MAY 2 BAJA MEXICO
We decided we wanted to take the RZR down to Mexico to play so we invited Marc and Teresa and they invited Bruce and Debbie. Marc and Teresa drove their pickup with Greenie, their sit on top ATV in the back of it. Rob and I were in our truck towing the RZR on a trailer. Bruce and Debbie were driving their camper. They had no RZR, only a dirt bike.
First stop was San Felipe.
Next we went to Ensenada; Bahia de Los Angeles. It was a lot of fun. The dogs liked chasing rocks in the surf.
San Ignacio was next and it was amazing; There were this bundle of little puppies and were barking at us and wanting to go with us:
From there we went to Loreto:
Rob and I played Golf in Loreto. Its a beautiful course:
Next was Los Barriles. There we stayed in a Casita in East Cape. It was our base for a couple days. We were able to get together with Chuck and Laurie and Talon and Heidi. We took the RZRs for ice cream
We reversed corse to go home; Loreto, San Felipe; etc. It was a really fun trip’
June 20th we got the heck out of the heat and went to Golden Shores; Long Beach; in the RVWHY STOP NOW?!

We stayed in Pahrump for most of June; We celebrated Marc’s birthday (late) and enjoyed the wild horses;
4th of July we watched the fireworks on Bruce and Debbie’s boat in Cabrillo Way Marina in San. Pedro.
9 July we were at Point Mugu Naval Base. We wandered out and saw the Memorial of the Alaska flight that went down off the point
July 12-15
We sailed with Marc and Teresa, as well as Reina and Bella in their sailboat to Avalon & Twin Harbors.
Bruce and Debbie were there with their boat as well
July 29 - 31 Moab
Some friends of mine, including Bruce and Debbie were RVing in Moab. So, I asked Teresa if she wanted to go with me in the pickup. We’d take the RZR on a trailer and spend a couple nights in a hotel. She said yes so off we went.
Since we were on the trail by ourselves we asked if we could tag along with a group. They finally said yes. They were crazy and went flying through the mud spraying muddy water all over their back seaters. Teresa and I were still clean at the end of our journey.
We also visited a museum while there
AUGUST 2021
We went back to Catalina with Marc and Teresa on their Sailboat. This time we went to Avalon. It’s a busy place with lots of shops and restaurants. It’s a bit more difficult for the dogs because they have to go by dinghy to the dock. There is no beach for them to run around on. In Twin Harbors we can paddle board and go right to the beach.
SEPTEMBER
I went to Denver to visit Barbara. Bella and I stayed a couple days with her in her apartment at Lowrey Center. It’s a really nice place and she has made lots of friends there. Safeway is just around the corner so she can walk there with her walker. There is also a little Bar B Q restaurant that has decent food.
OCTOBER 2021
We decided to do the Rubicon trail. This time we rented little rooms at the Ice House Lodge. Again, it was Tony and his two boys, Rob Bella and I. Tony and Rob had their Jeeps and I had my RZR. We had a blast until Rob lost a bolt that had something to do with his 4 wheel drive so we had to turn around and go back on the last trail.
James took his daughter Sophia to Denver to visit his sister Whitney, his parents Erik and Laura and his Grandma Barbara. He sweetly sent these pictures to me.
NOVEMBER 2021
They had a PowWow at one of the Parks in Pahrump so I thought I would go and check it out. The costumes were awesome and the dances were pretty coool. They even tried to get the crowd involved some.
We had Thanksgiving at our house so before hand I had Debbie and Teresa come over and help make Oreo cookie Turkeys with malt balls and corn candy; as well as ready too cook looking turkeys with Strawberries, marshmallows and pretzels dipped in chocolate. It was fun . .

We decorated for Christmas and dressed the 4 dogs alike and tried to get a good picture of them under Bruce and Debbie’s tree
Linda had an Ugly Sweater Party at her house and Rob won the “Booby Prize” for non-participation.
We went to Las Vegas for the Summerlin Festival of Lights. It was really pretty and we had to find all of Santa’s Reindeer throughout the event.
