Today is mostly a catchup and errand day. It is so nice to have our truck back.
We went to West Marine for a couple items and then went up to Ags house and did our laundry. It is a very nice place and it is really nice that he lets us go there while he is gone. He’s also told us we can go and stay there while he is gone as well. That might be nice to get off the boat for a bit
Next we went to the grocery store. That’s another thing we haven’t done for a while. We needed lots of stuff.
While driving back we drove by the moorage where people are living on boat houses. One in particular was so cute I had to take a picture of it.
The laundry and errands took us most of the day. When we got back we had just enough time to take showers before Tony and Holly arrived. They stowed their gear and then we took off for dinner. We went to Salito’s Crab House and Prime Rib. They were having a Crab dinner special which included the crab, salad, roasted potatoes and dessert. Holly, Rob and I each had that special and Tony had the prime rib. It was all yummy, yummy, yummy, but messy, messy, messy.
Our service was not very good; it seemed like service throughout the restaurant was good, but our waiter was really off his game. All in all though it was very good.
We came back to the boat wand watched the activity on the water, and enjoyed some adult beverages until the sun went down and we all went to bed.
