So we got up, took Boo out for her walk, Showered, and enjoyed our coffee.
Rob's company sent him a new iPad a couple days ago and he has to return the old one. So, he transferred everything from the old to the new and then packed up the old one to return to the company.
I had pretty much packed last night, so this morning I just had to shower and dress.
We loaded up and headed out. We found a Fed Ex drop off and dropped his iPad off and then went to the airport.
We were flying out on Sun Country Airline. They were really nice. They have a lot of agents at their ticket counters so we barely had to wait in line. I had to fill out a document for Bella which was a first, but it was easy enough.
The flight was super full and we were not sure we were going to be able to get on. There are a couple of Delta flights later in the morning. But, luckily we were given the last two seats.
It was about a 4 hour flight.
I took Bella out to go potty and Rob went off to find his scooter so he could go get the car. Then he came back and picked Bella and I up. We went back to the Teton and he gathered up his laundry.
The plan was for me to drop him off at a laundry mat and he would do his laundry and then Uber back to the Teton. His trip starts tomorrow and he would just take his scooter to the airport.
Bella and I were to drive to Fresno to go visit with Mom and Barbara and Art.
But, when Rob got to his car he noticed that the side-walls on all his tires are cracked from sitting in the sun and a couple of them have low pressure so he decided it would be better to get them replaced. So, we went off to Costco. They had the tires, but it was going to be about 3 hours. So we shopped a bit and wandered around sampling their food items and checked things out. I bought a couple bottles of wine to take to Mom and then we went outside and had some lunch. I had called Mom and told her what we were doing and that I would be getting there late.
The car was finally done, I took Rob to the Laundry Mat and then headed for Fresno. There was a ton of traffic in LA. My nav system finally had me get off the 405 and go a different path and bypass the traffic. I got back on the 405 just before I5.
It was pretty smooth sailing after that. I got to Mom's just before 8 pm. She was very happy to see us as we were her, and especially Bella; she went crazy.
We had a nice visit and she had prepared spaghetti sauce. We fixed the pasta, ate and I was so tired I had to go to bed.
