Well it was a fun day for us, but a boring day for blogging. Sorry, no pictures today.
We did our normal morning thing, walk and coffee outside on the patio. We were waiting to hear from Lawrence.
I showered and got dressed for golf. Lawrence did text Rob and said he was across the street and had to leave for the airport in about 20 min. so, we walked across the street. We met his partner Trevor. He is also a nice guy. He gave Rob a company hat and an amazing picture of 5 F-15s firing rockets at the same time. Trevor had taken the picture. He also told us to come over and use the jet skis and/or pontoon boats anytime we want. Awesome!
We sadly said good bye to Lawrence and to Trevor then walked back across the street.
We headed up to Kalispell for golf we were going to stop in at target on the way so I could turn in a prescription refill and get a new cover for my iPad, (My cool cover with the keyboard broke during a move when it fell off the table), but I realized I had my flip flops on rather than candles so we had to go back so I could change.
We played golf at a really pretty course called Buffalo Hills. I'm not sure if the course was hard or if was just an off day for me, but I played lousy. It's an 18 hole loop with a snack bar in between 9 and 10. I was playing so lousy and feeling so tired that if it had been a front nine back to the clubhouse and then a back nine I would have quit and waited at the club house for Rob to finish. But it wasn't. Luckily it got a bit backed up and another couple joined us on the second half. They were real nice. They live in a Del Web near Phoenix.
They sort of renewed my energy so I got through the second half a little better.
After golf we went to Walmart and then Costco and then came home.
We grilled up some steak, sat outside and enjoyed the evening and then went to bed.
Sorry, not very exciting reading today!
