We basically dressed and left. Since there is no electricity (without the generator running) we cannot make coffee. So, we zoomed off to Starbucks. The closest one is closed on Sundays since it is in a business center and none of the businesses are open.
The one we went to was in a Ralph's shopping center. I saw that Ralph's had pumpkins and other Halloween stuff out in front, so I went over to check it out. I ended up getting Mom a pretty Coneflower plant and when I went inside to pay for it I saw a couple air plants in really cute little ceramic jack-o-lanterns so a grabbed a couple of them as well. Meanwhile, Rob went to Starbucks to get our coffee and our scones and then we hit the road for Fresno.
We stopped again at another Starbucks for a refill. There was a Noah's Bagels next door so I got a blueberry Bagel with peanut butter. Yum!
Mom called us about 8 am to ask when we would be arriving, to let us know she had kindly set up the TV to record the Raider game which would be starting at 10, and to let us know she was inviting my brother Art over for dinner.
The ride to Fresno was quick and uneventful. We stopped in at Bravo Farms. It is my favorite place along the route. I always stop in there going to Fresno.
They have delicious cheese, crackers, nuts, jams, and other stuff.
They also have an outdoor restaurant where they sell Bar-b-q
We got some cheese and crackers, a bottle of wine, and then Rob saw one of his favorite beers. They only had one on the shelf, which he grabbed, but then we found someone to see if they had more. Unfortunately they only had a total of two bottles, so we got them both.

This is their interior patio. They have chickens, an arcade, and other fun stuff.
We also ordered three Bar-B-Q brisket sandwiches to go. We are only about 20 miles from Fresno, so they will still be warm when we get there.
While we were waiting for the sandwiches we watched part of the 2nd quarter of the Raider/Ravens game. The Raiders were ahead. Yippee.
We arrived at Mom's and Bella went nuts. She gets sooooo excited. She runs around a little race track she has created around us. She did that for about 10 min before she would finally settle down and let me hug her. She was pretty excited we were all here for the rest of the afternoon.
We ate our sandwiches and watched the Raider game. It got pretty tense toward the end, but we were very happy with the outcome. After that we watched the rest of the Rider Cup, golf tournament. It was good.
Rob went out for a run and Mom and I got things ready for Arts arrival.
We had a real nice visit with him and a yummy dinner of Short Ribs, squash, Au Gratin potatoes and salad. It was nice to see him again and especially for he and Rob to get to visit.
After Art left Rob and I did the dishes. We watched a little bit of TV and then went to bed.
