Katy, Tim and the boys are going to be tied up all day and this evening. We are hoping that Katy can join us for dinner this evening in Frankenmuth.
In the mean time Rob, Bella and I went and played golf. It was really inexpensive and a really pretty little course. It was only $15. each with a cart. That is the cheapest yet for 18 holes. And pleasantly, it was a really pretty course well maintained.
The people were very friendly. Rob and I were a twosome and twice we were behind a foursome. Each of them waved us through rather than holding us up. We both played pretty well.
It was hot and humid though and I started to feel really funky sweaty. I told Rob that all I want to do is go home and take a shower and chill!
We actually finished by 1:00, so we went and grabbed a quick bite to eat then went home.
We did chill. I took a nice shower and then dried and then curled my hair. I wanted to see how it looked curled. It turned out ok.
Katy texted Rob and told him she was overwhelmed and wasn't going to make it for dinner.
Rob, Bella and I went into town and had dinner at the Brewery. It was nice. They even had a football game on, but we only got the last few minutes of it.
Here we go, it is preseason of the NFL. The Raiders have lost their first two games. They will play again on Sat.
We went back to the rig and tried to watch a movie that we picked up at the Red box, but when we moved the DVD try was open when I pulled the recliner's slide in. It caught the tray and cracked it. I heard it and backed it out, but it was enough to wreck it. Damn. Ya know what Will Roger says...."Shit happens.." why does it always have to happen to me?!
We decided to go to bed and read.
