Thursday; 3 Aug; Cedar Lake

Rob left at 6 am to go back to LA.  They have to move all the RVs in the LAX parking lot again and he has made arrangements for someone to move it for him today.  I believe he ended flying out on Virgin America (now owned by Alaska Airlines.  Im not sure if they put him in First Class or if they just have better seating than Alaska.
He got the Teton all moved.  It looks like it is somewhat away from everyone else.  They "Mayer" coned off a spot for him so I guess it is legal.  Not sure how long they get to stay there before they have to move again.
Before Rob left he was a bit upset, because he couldn't find the keys to his scooter and the rig.  I ended up having to give him my keys.  When he got there he found where he left them....MoMo Head; he left them in the ignition.
Meanwhile, Bella and I slept in.  We stuck around for a little while but then went off and ran errands.
We went to Walmart to get RV/marine toilet paper.  You can tell it is the right stuff if you put one square in a mayonnaise jar of water, shake it and the T-paper falls apart.
We also needed dog treats. I bought a new kind for Bella last time I went to the store and she did not like it.
Next we went to the grocery store because I was looking for these awesome snack packs.  They are by Sargento and are called Balanced Breaks.  They are 7 g protein and about 180 calories.  It is a small portion of cheese and another of (fruit cranberries or raisins) and nuts, or the other might be fruit and bits of chocolate.  They are perfect little snacks.  They didn't have them at Walmart but they did have them at the grocery store.
Next we went to Home Depot.  We were short on the molding and needed one more piece to finish the bathroom.  So, I got that.
I hadn't eaten anything yet so we went to China Buffet which was right there.  It was actually pretty good.  It definitely hit the spot.  I am sure a salad somewhere would have been healthier.
We finished up our errands just as it started raining.  We headed back to the rig and arrived just as the serious down pour was starting.
For the rest of the day we had heavy rain and thunder and lightning.  The wind came up later on as well.
Rob in the mean time drove up to Fresno to my Mom's.  He sent his computer off to be either repaired or replaced and apparently they were able to repair it.  The only safe address to send things is to my Mom's.  Anyway, he drove up there and got his computer and visited with my Mom for a little bit.  She was going out for the evening with friends to see the Sister Act at Roger Rodka's, the local play theater.
Rob then turned around and drove back to LA.
Bella and I in the mean time binge watched Netflix.  The series was called "Shooter".  Needless to say, it was so good that I ended up watching the whole season which was 10 episodes.  I went to bed just before 2 am.  I finished the last Kleenex box, or rather the remake of the September box. Now that I have finished all twelve months I'm not sure what to do next.  I do have some string so maybe I will crochet and top.
Oh; good news! Someone picked up Rob's second trip, so he is going to be home the night of the 9th rather than the 14th.  Yippee!!!
