Happy Halloween Everyone
Don't OD on candy.
We sat outside for a little while. It was nice. We have a mountain of laundry since I was waiting to do it here. They have a really nice laundry room with 8 of each kind of machine and, it is free to do your laundry here. So, we sorted out the lights fro darks and hauled it all down.
Rob went for a work out. He has been sick and today is the first day he's felt good enough to even think about exercise.
I walked down to the office and paid our rent.
We finally got all the laundry done, folded and (the part I hate most) put away.
Rob has a dentist appointment today a golf lesson and some errands to do. The dentist is here in Seal Beach, but everything else is in LA. We decided I would go with him to the Dentist. I would go to my favorite Sushi Restaurant for lunch while he got his teeth cleaned.
Then, I drove him to LAX so he could get his car. Otherwise, I'd have to get up at 5:30 am and take him.
Going wasn't so bad, except that my throat was really starting to hurt and I was feeling a lot of pressure in my face in my sinuses. But coming back??!!! It was a nightmare. It took me an hour to go the 20 miles on 405 to 605. Then another 30 min to to the rest of the way. The rest of the way was to Costco where I had a list of things to get and then, of course, you can't get everything at Costco so I had to stop at Von's for the rest. Bella was soooo done she wouldn't even get out of the car when we got to Von's. It didn't take me as long to get what I needed there.
I finally got home and dragged everything into the house. Rob got home shortly after me. He helped me put everything away and fixed soup for my. I was definitely feeling lousy. I was really hoping I was not going to get his cold, but, no such luck.
I took Bella out and went to bed.
