Friday, 7 April, Fountain Hills, AZ to LAX

4:00 am is soooo bloody early.  I just crawled out of bed, got dressed and headed out the door.  Rob did make coffee last night so we could take a cup with us.
We got about 15 min down the road when I realized that I had totally forgotten my seeing glasses.  It was so early that I wasn't really awake and since I wasn't focusing anyway I didn't realize I didn't have my glasses on.  Oh shoot, sooo, we had to go back and get them.  I felt terrible about it, but what can you do.
We got to the airport, parked, caught the shuttle, got through the ticket counter and security with no problem.  We got to the gate and I saw that our flight was at 7:30.  We were at the airport at 5:30.  Why are we here so early? I asked.  Then, of course, Rob starts stressing.  Somehow he thought the flight was full and that we weren't both going to be able to get on.  He was worried about me.  I was like, Hey, I'll catch the next or the next and if it comes down to it, I'll just go back to the rig. I have a dentist appointment to fit my plates.  He has to get to LA for a trip.
As  it turned out, we both made it on the flight and got to sit together.  He took his scooter back to the Teton and picked up his car while I was claiming my bag.  Bella and I got my bag and went to the doggie park and then waited for him.
No worries.  We got to the Teton and turned on the water, water heater and generator so I could get a shower.  It was kinda hot and humid at the airport and by the time he picked me up I was feeling super hot, sweaty and funky.  After my shower we headed off to Seal Beach to the dentist.
My plates mostly fit, except my upper was making me bite the inside of my left cheek.  When I say my plates its because I don't really know what to call them.  I'm missing my two back teeth (due to jaw bone loss) on the upper left and my two back lower teeth on the bottom right.  So these are replacements for the two.  The bottom will be replaced with implants in a couple months, but in the mean time I'm having a lot of pain in my jaw and need the teeth now.  Blah, Blah, blah.
Any way, my appointment was fine.  Rob went in and had a hole filled, and they discovered.  Then, he had to wait for his cleaning appointment.  Meanwhile, I went next door to my favorite Sushi restaurant and had lunch.  I ordered food for Rob to go.  I finished my lunch and Rob was still sitting in the waiting room.  He hadn't been taken in yet.  So, I went off and got a hair cut. It was a new gal.  Not only new to me, but new to the profession.  She did a good job, but much shorter than I actually wanted it.  No worries, my hair grows pretty fast.
When I got back to the dentist Rob wasn't there.  He was finished.  We missed each other.  While I was walking back from the hair salon he had gone out to the courtyard to eat his lunch.  Then, he left the courtyard from the back and headed down to the hair salon as I was walking around the front.  We finally caught up with each other and went back to the Teton.
