Yippee! Mission accomplished! Our mission was to sell Rob’s Prius and the Titanium RV and to vacate LAX parking. We sold the Prius last Friday and Sold the Titanium today. Rob even delivered it and helped the new owner set it up. Such a relief. No more registrations and insurance on the two, no more lot rental fees and money in our pockets toward the purchase of our boat.
We are going home to Pahrump tomorrow. I’m ready. I’m tired of RV parks. I am ready to go home into our house. I’m ready to slow down and be able to do some crafting.
Rob was gone most of the day dealing with the RV. I drove him over to LAZ in the morning because the truck was there. Then I went to the grocery store and Walgreens on the way back. It was pretty boring waiting for Rob. It wasn’t until 3:00 that I knew it was sold.
Bella had had enough of waiting around 3:00 so we wen out for a walk. It was really hot and muggy though. She started panting right away so we didn’t go far.
To celebrate we went back to Parker’s Lighthouse for dinner. It is on the water. It’s appropriate for our last night in Long Beach. I do like being on the water.
That’s one of the things I’m really looking forward to about the Boat Loop. Because of the Boat Loop Burgee (flag) we will be identified as doing the loop and so we will meet lots of people. I’m looking forward to that.
After dinner we came back and watched a James Bond movie before going to bed.
