Fall in Belmont

Anne says "look up to really see the colors"
Waiting for a few minuets for Lauren's piano lesson.
Trees starting to change on the Tip O'neil golf course.
Goofy kids walking around Fresh Pond.

Anne was looking for keys, Cat should have looked harder for shoes that matched.

Belmont, MA

Woke up in a beautiful colonial home in Massachussets. The girls were getting ready for school, Dan was getting ready to bike to work and Anne was running around taking care of everyone.

The girls walked to school with their neighbor while Anne began to panic at the loss of her keys. She was to teach a Yoga class this morning at a new place, but had no keys to get in. Rob and I went to the studio with her and met her students and then took two of them back to Anne’s and held the yoga class there. It was an excellent class and she was kind enough to focus on lower back strengthening and pain relief as my back was KILLING me.

After class we climbed into the car and went to the Library. Rob and I picked out 5 books on tape for our continuing journey. From there we went to the post office to mail our completed books to both the Incline Library and the LA library.

After that we went to school and picked up the girls. We took Lauren to her piano class and then Grace, Anne, Rob and I walked around “Fresh Pond” It is really cold and crisp. It feels like December rather than Oct. The leaves are so pretty though. Definitely fall. The trees have green, gold, orange and red leaves. They are so pretty. And of course there are many leaves falling on the ground.

After Lauren's piano lesson both girls had a math class. While they were at math Rob, Anne, and I went down to Brookline and walked around. We went to Anne’s favorite bookstore. We looked around, then went to a really good bakery. We all tried their apple-cinnamon pudding cake mmmmmmmm. We bought some huge heath bar cookies and an olive loaf of bread. From there we went to a Mexican restaurant and bought burritos, quesadillas, chips and salsa to go. We went back to the house and tried to wait for Dan, but we were too hungry. Rob and the girls started looking up Geo-caches in the Concord and Lexington area to find tomorrow. They looked up and wrote down the info for about 6 of them. I sat and chatted with Dan while he ate dinner.

At 9pm I was pretty beat so I went to bed. Rob stayed up and chatted with Anne and Dan a bit.

Great Day!
