FEBRUARY 2023
We got snow in Pahrump. It is so pretty when all the surrounding hills are covered with snow. Pretty fun when it is in our own yard and in our neighbor’s yard as well.

JUNE, JULY AND AUGUST 2023
We spent most of the time on the boat taking friends to Catalina; We circled the island; we went from Avalon to Dana Point then to Oceanside; to San Diego, back to Oceanside and home to Cabrillo.
We entertained Marc and Teresa, Tony and Holly, Jim and Dana and Curtis and Wendy. Oh, and Curtis and Wendy’s turtle!

OCTOBER 2023
Rob and I went to Costa Rica. He had a flight with a long layover so I went with him. We went zip-lining; went to a chocolate plantation; to a park where the sloths live, a coffee plantation and just enjoyed exploring.

THE SPHERE OPENED UP IN LAS VEGAS. IT IS AMAZING INSIDE AND OUT!
Those are some of the amazing way it changes outside. We went inside for “Postcards from Earth”. That was truly amazing.

November was a sad time. Both of Teresa’s parents passed away. Dad passed in Sept and Mom passed in November. We had Thanksgiving at her parent’s house with all the siblings present. It was bitter sweet to say the least.

Oops! That’s not us

I had fun crocheting these!

We got together with Tony and his gang. We got to meet the “4 under 4”
Since Linda and Bob are moving away and everyone had plans for Christmas we decided to have a Christmas dinner and gathering at our house on the 18th. I decided we would have a traditional English Christmas meal with Prime Rib, Yorkshire pudding etc. I printed out all the recipes and let everyone choose which they wanted to make. It was fun and really yummy. It was Linda & Bob; Marc & Teresa; Bruce & Debbie; Rob & I; Marci; and Tina. We had dinner; gift exchange and then played Pictionary.

We decided to go down to Mexico to visit Jennifer and Tony in San Jose Del Cabo as well as our friends in Los Barriles. we also wanted to do something different for New Year’s Eve which is our anniversary. So we flew down.
Of course we had to play golf while we were there.
And we went out for a lovely dinner at a Beautiful Restaurant Resort for New Year’s Eve
