Rob made an appointment to have my car cleaned and detailed. It gets so filthy inside and out with us using it for everything all the time. It was full of sand and there was sap and pine needles. It was horrible.
Before he left I had him help me move the couch so I could clean everything out from behind it and vacuum. Oh my, we have been collecting all kinds of goodies back there. We had sleeping bags and fuzzy bags back there so I took the fuzzy ones and washed/dried them. I vacuumed and and then we put the couch back. Then we did the same for my sewing cabinet. I keep tucking things back behind it as well. It wasn't nearly as bad as the couch though.
While Rob was gone I found places for everything that was out and about. I dusted, cleaned the sinks, microwave, counters, Bathroom window sills and vacuumed. Wow. While vacuuming I dumped Bella's water everywhere, but that was ok because I needed to mop the floor anyway.
I got it all done and even found my fall scentsy waxes and so the place smells really good.
Rob still wasn't back yet. He was going to drop the car off and then go to the gym and get a workout in.
He finally got back at 3:30. The car was beautiful. They even washed the rugs.
When we arrived here last weekend I asked Rob if he saw the tank and Huey that we drove past. He hadn't, but he did today and took a couple pictures.
We walked over to the lodge for a little WiFi time and to get some new movies. Then we walked backed, grilled some steaks and watched our movies.
