Mom and I decided we wanted to go and see a movie.
Our choices were Passengers which I do want to see or Manchester By The Sea which also looked good. We decided on Manchester by the Sea.
We called Barbara to invite her, but she wasn't home. We left her a message.
We had bagels for breakfast, played some cards and then headed off to the movie. We didn't bring Bella. She did have her nose slightly out of joint (that is an odd expression isn't it?! how do you get your nose out of joint anyway?)
The movie was good, but way more depressing than I thought it would be. Not exactly a happy Christmas movie.
After ward we went to our favorite Mexican restaurant for a margarita. Neither one of us were especially hungry so we decided just to have a combo platter of appetizers. It was perfect.
We went back home and watched some TV before heading off to bed.
