We had to get up really early because we had to drive 1.5 hours to Dulles Airport. All went well getting there, getting parked and checking in. When Bella flies with me I have to go through the full check in procedures. But, we were checking our bags so it was ok anyway. We are flying in Virgin America. Alaska now owns Virgin America.
We got on board and as usual, Rob checked in with the pilots. He always does that. We went to our seats and just after the doors closed the flight attendant came back and said, "I understand you are Family, please come up to the two open seats in front", So we did. Wow, Virgin has a really nice First Class. Too much room between the rows really, but it is because their seats recline with foot rests that come up. The video screen comes up out of the arm rest and is very adjustable. The service was lovely. It was a wonderful 5 hour flight.
We got to LA and I took Bella out for a pee while Rob went to baggage claim. When I got there he already had our bags. He took his scooter back to the rig and picked up his car then drove back and picked up Bella and I.
It sure was nice being back in the Teton. I love that RV and look forward to living in it again. The Seville has been comfortable enough, but the Teton is luxury.
We changed clothes, it is very warm in LA in comparison to VA, gathered up all of Rob's laundry, and headed out. He had cleaning to pick up as well. It took a long time to do the laundry because the dryer we used turned out not to be drying while it went through it's cycle so we had to use another one and wait again.
We were supposed to meet a woman at Military housing and check out their houses, but we didn't get finished in time so we rescheduled.
We spent the rest of the day running errands and repacked.
Rob went to bed early as he has a trip starting early in the morning. I watched a bit of TV before going to bed.
