Thursday, 2 November; New York City and West Point.

HAPPY 18th BIRDAY GRACE MARIE CURTIS.
Man, it's very warm and muggy here in New York City today.  We got up and both went out to take Bella for her morning pee.  It was so busy on the street we could barely cross the sidewalk to get to the street.  It is already 70 degrees.  New York is crazy crowded.
We went back in and grabbed some bagels and coffee and went back up to the room. We had nice internet connection so we took advantage of it and then packed up and left.  We both really wanted to get out of the city.  It is just way to crowded and loud.
We went directly back to the RV park.
We are leaving tomorrow, moving on.  Rob helped me change the sheets on the bed and gather up the laundry.  We walked down to the laundry here in the campsite, but it was out of order.  So, we loaded the laundry up in the car.  We took Bella for a little walk and then Rob went off in the truck to the gym on base and after that played some golf.
I drove off to a laundry in the town of West Point.  The man there would have washed, dried, and folded our laundry for $.99 / lb, but I didn't know how busy he was so I did it myself.  as it turned out it was $4.50 each machine to wash (I used 2 machines).  That's outrageous.  But I got it done.  And, while I was there I took advantage of the wifi and got books of our blog prepared for print.  They have these discounts now and then but it seems the wifi is always lousy and I can't get the book ready for print to take advantage of the discount.  This just happened on Halloween.  Now, I have the books ready and the next time they have a discount I will be ready to take advantage of it.
I got the laundry done and headed back to the RV.  It was 4 pm by the time I got back.  Bella was sooo glad to see me.  I took her out for a walk .  Rob got back shortly after we did.
We had some dinner and watched some TV and then went to bed.  I packed some stuff up in preparation for tomorrows move before going to bed.
